Onsite Meeting
The first stage in building your new project home is planning. First, you’ll need to find a location – if you haven’t yet, we can help you with this. Once the location is sourced, we’ll organise an obligation-free on-site meeting to commence site assessment and analysis. Next, it’s time to choose a plan that suits your block and your budget from our range. Now these steps have been completed, we can finalise your formal proposal.
Contour Survey and Soil Report
Now you’ve chosen your block and confirmed your plan, it’s time to get started! We’ll organise a Geotechnical Report and Contour Survey of the block, plus any other required reports.
Contract Signing
The final stage before construction is to finalise contract documentation and gain the Building Permit. Then, you’ll pay a deposit, and construction can commence!
Selections Meeting
Here, you will meet with our in-house Creative Director and work through all of your colour and material selections to make your home customised to you and your style.
Construction
During this phase, our team will work closely with our construction team and other local building specialists to ensure a quality result. Thanks to our experience and project management skills, we strive to deliver your project on time and on budget, while ensuring high standards.
Handover
The build is complete, and you can move into your new house. Welcome home!
